Thank you. Did you send me a copy of the forms filed with the respective courts? Will you be transferring Gabriel's school or do you intend to wait and see what happens on Tuesday? And, I'm curious, what would be your motivation to move from North Scottsdale to South Peoria? Fox

Re: Change of address and home number
We moved from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom house - that was the motivation. The area is a little yuppy-ish and the house is really cute. He has already transfered to the new school. The name is Alta Loma. The next hearing will only determine jurisdiction, not physical custody - he will be kept in school as much as possible through this...at least from my end.

Re: Change of address and home number
I'm sorry, I believe you may be mistaken about the purpose of Tuesday's hearing. It seems you're going based solely on the Arizona court's minute entry from 10/21/11. You may want to contact the California court to confirm the purpose of Tuesday's hearing. But regarding the Notice of Change of address form you filed with the California court you're required to serve me a copy of all documents filed with the court so I'm just wondering if you have sent me a copy of it. For the Arizona case you're not pro se so it's not required. I'm not asking to be a nag, I just presume you're not familiar with the California Rules of Civil Procedure and may not be aware that you're required to serve me a copy of everything you provide the court. Anyway, I'm kind of familiar with the Peoria and Glendale areas. I guess "yuppy-ish" is a subjective term. Now, about the telephone number: is that a mobile number? It seems to be registered to Verizon Wireless. I believe I'm entitled to have Gabriel's "home" telephone number - not the mobile number of someone who may reside in the home. Please advise. Thank you. And, finally, can you tell me for how long you knew that you would be moving and why you waited until AFTER moving to inform me? Fox
