I just read your declaration.  That's an interesting approach your taking.
You know, sometimes it's better to say nothing at all.

You do realize that there is no chance in hell the court is going to order
Gabriel be moved in the middle of a school year, right?  So, you have to
wonder: if I know that, then why would I spend thousands and thousands of
dollars in legal fees and make a trip all the way to LA for a request that
I know will be denied?
