Yes, that would be great, if you wouldn't mind emailing an electronic copy of them. Thanks, Fox

Mr. Limperis: Please be advised, it has now been 30 days and I've still not received the copies of the documents which were purportedly mailed on April 20, 2016. I shall file a notice of non-compliance with the court. Sincerely, Patrick Fox

Dear Fox, That is fine. I mailed them to you, I confirmed the address with you, I emailed them to you and obviously you have them. We can email the conformed copies to you again, if you like. Hello, Peter. I have the electronic copies you'd emailed me on May 2, 2016, after I contacted you about them. My concern, obviously, is that with Capuano's case being converted to a DV case, the information is no longer available on the court's website. Therefore, I would have no way of checking whether you have filed any further documents. Moreover, mail from Arizona to British Columbia takes 7 - 9 days to arrive. With all due respect, this is not the first time I've dealt with these types of tactics from an attorney that realizes he has no case and that his client is lying to him. I would request, moving forward, if you're going to use the mail to execute service please send it registered, signature required, so that there is proof it was sent and received. Sincerely, Patrick Fox

Dear Fox, I have no problem sending it registered if you like. I disagree with your "tactics" statement as it is false and not the way I do things. Moreover, it would make no sense as a "tactic" here even if I was inclined to utilize it. If you'd like, you are welcome to call me and give me your address again but by phone this time. I'll write it down and then confirm it with you and give instructions to my assistant to send things by registered with that address. That is the only option we have not tried at this point. As I typically offer in my cases, I'm always happy to send courtesy copies by email when I mail things. I ask, of course, the same in return. Let me know if that is something you'd like to agree upon. This would further alleviate the concerns you have expressed. Thanks.
