PACT program

Desiree:

I just want to remind you that you're required to attend PACT prior  
to the mediation hearing.  The hearing is scheduled for November 4,  
2011 (next Friday) and this Friday is the last PACT class before that  
date.  We're not required to attend together and you can attend at  
any courthouse that offers it (although, it's specific to LA County  
so only the courts here have it).  I'm not certain what the  
consequence is of not attending but I'm sure the court will not look  
favorably on it.

I believe I sent you the program schedule previously so you should  
have all the times and addresses for it.
