Receipt of ex parte and other documents

During the conference I overheard you in the background stating that  
you had still not received the ex parte documentation.  May you  
please confirm whether or not that is the case?  I sent a copy to you  
and to Desiree on October 19, 2011 then another copy to you on  
October 24, 2011 because you were insisting you had not received it.   
I find it difficult to believe that 2 copies got lost in the mail.

Please also let me know whether you received my response to your  
Notice of Non-Compliance which I faxed and mailed to your office on  
Friday, October 28, 2011.  I expect you would receive the mailed,  
original today or tomorrow.
