Desiree: Please provide your medical insurance information and a copy of the policy card as it pertains to Gabriel's coverage. Also, I have not heard back from you on Gabriel's glasses or his clothes. Please advise. Thank you, Fox

I added Gabriel to my insurance policy last month during the "open-enrollment" period. It will not take effect until January 1st, 2012. As soon as I receive the new insurance card I will send one to you for any medical needs Gabriel has. As far as his clothes and additional belongings; Gabriel was given 2 days with which to pack his things. He is 11 years old and was reminded many, many times of the important items he needed to include. I was given confirmation each time that he "already had everything packed." I do apologize that his glasses and some clothing was left behind. As it stands, I do not get paid again until next Friday, however - I will search through his stuff here and collect as much as I can find that would be relevant or necessary for him there and put together a package to send out next Friday. Please send him my love. Thank you.

Desiree: In your message dated 11-11-11 12:37 PM you responded to my request for you to forward Gabriel's glasses and clothes (see paragraph two, [above]). Therein, you state:I respectfully request that you refrain from exercising any such judgement or discretion in deciding what items to send as I am requesting you return ALL property that Gabriel brought from here (excluding anything you may have acquired for him prior to August 7, 2011). Particularly, I request you return ALL of his clothing and glasses which he had with him when you took him to Arizona. Because he was returned with only two pairs of pants, a few shirts and one pair of underwear I have had to unnecessarily purchase new clothes for him.
