Request for confirmation
Desiree: I was wondering if you could confirm for me, the following: 1. You recently paid the $150 fee to renew your medical marijuana card. 2. The monthly dollar amount that you spend on marijuana use, including paraphernalia and supplies. 3. The debilitating medical condition(s) which you stated on your medical marijuana card application which qualify you to receive and use medical marijuana. 4. The name of the physician that diagnosed your debilitating medical condition(s) which qualify you for medical marijuana use. 5. The frequency with which you use marijuana (how many times per day). 6. The manner in which you use the marijuana (smoke, ingest, etc.). 7. Where you use marijuana (in your room, living room, etc.). This information pertains to my petitions for child support and change of visitation. Thanks, Fox

Re: Request for confirmation
Well, actually, it is my business - as long as there is the chance that Gabriel will be spending time in your home and as long as there is a child support issue (as long as you are not providing for the necessities of your child). Personally, I don't believe that you were able to renew your card because you provided false statements to the police on November 1, 2011 regarding having a card and under ARS 36-2815(D) and 36-2816(E) that would be grounds for revocation of your card and denial of renewal. I think you're just saying you renewed your card because you think that will spite me. Also, it's my understanding that you were reported to ADHS for having possibly made false statements regarding your debilitating condition on your application - which is also grounds for revocation. Anyway, as long as you are spending money on marijuana and not providing for Gabriel's necessities, and opposing me taking the job offers I've been receiving; and as long as Gabriel might be staying in the house where you're going to be smoking marijuana...it sure as hell is my business. Sincerely, Fox
