Contact with Gabriel

Desiree:

I'm going over my declaration for the hearing and I want to confirm 
before I make a statement which might be untrue:  It is my understanding 
that you've not had contact with Gabriel since before September 7th.  Is 
that correct?  I'm not counting the few emails you've sent him that he's 
ignored and deleted as being "contact".
