Declaration and exhibits for hearing for request to bring Gabriel to Canada

Please find, attached, a copy of my declaration in support of my request 
to bring Gabriel to Canada.  The hearing will be Monday, November 26, 
2012 at the Compton Courthouse, 8:00am.

I will email you copies of the court forms tonight or tomorrow morning.

Also, since we will need an ex parte hearing for the matter of all the 
newly discovered issues I am hoping to have that declaration and 
evidence done and ready so we can do it all on Monday.  But I might not 
be able to.  I'll keep you posted.
