Final copy of declaration and exhibits for ex parte visitation hearing

Attached is a copy of the final revision of the declaration and exhibits
for the request to suspend visitation until the March hearing which I
will be including with the hearing for request to relocate tomorrow.

The police reports for the September/October investigation and arrest
(Exhibit 7) are not included because I only have them in hard copy and
have not been able to scan them.  I will be forwarding you a complete
hard copy of everything anyway.

The declaration and exhibits for the March hearing will contain all the
same stuff as this one, plus all the other facts to support my reasons
why you should not have unsupervised visits.  I will forward you that
soon.  This request only pertains to discontinuing visitation until March.
