Ex parte hearing schedule

Much to my disappointment, I have to postpone the ex parte hearing for a 
couple of days due to the size of the documents that I need to 
print/copy.  Therefore, we will not be able to do it on November 26, 
2012 as originally intended.  I have to wait for Liz to be able to 
print/copy everything then I will provide you the required 24 hour 
notice.  I will also contact SOTI and see if I can postpone the start 
date a bit more so that we may be able to have the hearing Friday - so 
that you can appear for it.
