Status of CPS investigation, winter break plans

Desiree:

I received an email from Miss Grow at CPS this morning, wherein she 
stated: "At this time, the Department has conducted a home visit and 
does not have concerns with mom's home."  Based on that, I will provide 
Gabriel to you as described in your recent email, dated 12/11/12.

Miss Grow did also indicate that the matter is still considered an "Open 
intake" and a final determination has not yet been made.  She further 
stated: "Once a final determination is made as to this case you will be 
notified accordingly."
