Notice of Ex Parte motion

Fox,

I am attempting to provide you notice that I intend to file an Ex Parte
motion with the Compton courthouse on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013.  I
have informed LMunoz of this hearing in case you speak with her.  I also
called Santa Ana jail to attempt to relay a message to you regarding my
intention to seek temporary modification to the custody arrangement to
allow me to enroll Gabriel in school, however; messages are not relayed
within the jail.
