Yes, and I did not receive it at that address. Otherwise I would not have emailed you stating that I did not receive it. Do you have any kind of proof or evidence that it was mailed? Perhaps a receipt or was it sent registered mail? Fox

The 3rd party who mailed it did not mail it registered. You already have my address and telephone number and you're not even at Liz'sso this is kind of silly, however I will mail another copy of the document.
