Desiree: Good evening. I wonder if you might be able to forward me a copy of the order granting you sole custody of Gabriel. The court, apparently, does not have it in the case file. However, you insisted, on or about May 9th, 2013 that the court did award you sole custody of Gabriel on March 13, 2013 aside from the temporary order entered in January 2013. But the court's file only contains the order from January. Also, Gabriel's school states that you provided them a copy of an order granting you sole legal and physical custody, dated June 4, 2013. So, I shall extend you the benefit of the doubt and assume the court misplaced or misfiled it's copy of the order. Thank you, Fox

Apparently you didn't understand the order after hearing; What is currently standing is the temporary order granting me sole custody. That order will remain standing until it is modified. I know the court has this document as should you, but I will scan a copy of it if you need. This is also the document on file with Gabriel's school.

That's okay, I have a copy of the order after hearing from the February hearing. What I was requesting was a copy of the order from the March 13, 2013 hearing, which you had said, on the telephone, was NOT the temporary custody order from February. May you please confirm: are you now saying there is NOT an order, other than the temporary order issued on February 6, 2013, granting you sole custody of Gabriel? And may you please provide me a copy of the order you provided to Gabriel's school? The person I spoke with said it was dated June 4, 2013. Thank you, Fox

I'm sorry, there were two questions in the email: one requesting confirmation and one requesting a copy of the order you provided the school. Which one are you saying "Yeah" to? Or are you saying "Yeah" to both? Fox

I think the document dated in June was the order after finding that the court signed and mailed back to me...If I remember correctly. That would answer both of your questions. I will need to find the documents again to be sure. I'll let you know.
