Gabriel's return travel arrangements

And may you inform me of your reasoning?  I would suspect you would want to
minimize Gabriel's time with me.  And, you tried to pawn him off on Liz
back in October so you're obviously alright with him spending a week with
her.

As I explained to Gabriel recently, when a person is in an environment for
long enough, it eventually begins to become "normal" for them.  And it's
not so much that they WANT to stay in it, they just get comfortable with it
and accept it.  I know you don't know much about psychology, but you must
realize that when he comes up here to see me it's going to remind him of
why he didn't want to be with you in the first place.  And even just two
days might make the difference between him remembering why he wanted to
stay with me or keeping with his recent decision to remain with you.

Anyway, since it's your decision to not allow him to go to LA to visit Liz
and her family I trust you will let him know.

Also, I should mention, I told him that you would say no because you would
think that it would somehow upset me.  But once again, the only person
affected is Gabriel.  You're just such a caring parent.  Look at the way
you always look out for the happiness of your children.  They seem more
like prisoners, really.
